Cancellations with less than twenty-four(24) hours notice will be billed the total contract amount for all airport transfers. Cancellations with less than seven(7) business days notice will be billed the total contract amount for hourly service, group charters, and stretch limousine services.

Cancellations must be made via telephone to a live person. Voicemails and Emails are unacceptable. By accepting the terms and conditions of this contract and entering your credit card information in the appropriate fields, you are authorizing W.I.T.H. Enterprises LLC dba Universal Limousines to charge your credit card for any of the following applicable charges: deposit, cancellation fee, damages to the vehicle, and all services rendered. We will calculate the exact amount of hours and charges when the trip is completed.
